Elemental Characterization of Medieval Limestone Sculpture from Parisian and Burgundian Sources
The compositional patterns of limestone from quarries beneath the city of Paris, France, and of Romanesque sculpture from the Paris basin and Burgundy were characterized by neutron activation analysis and multivariate statistics.
