Family Language Policy (FLP) has consolidated over the past two decades as a distinct field examining how immigrant families negotiate heritage language transmission, bilingual development, and cultural identity within the home. Burnout in Thai EFL Teachers
The study investigates burnout in Thai EFL teachers in Thai basic education settings. Data were collected through the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Exhaustion Scale (MBI-ES) and semi-structured interviews to understand the three dimensions of burnout.
