Organizational and individual factors explaining pressure experienced by social welfare managers
This study examines the external pressures experienced by social welfare managers due to the expectations and demands they face, and factors predicting the pressures amidst extensive structural integration of healthcare and social welfare services in Finland. Perspectives of Ecosocial Practice in Human Services
This article reports on research in Finland and Australia exploring the similarities and differences between Finnish and Australian human service professionals’ perspectives about ecosocial practice. A complex intervention called 'participatory group-based care management' was developed and carried out in Central and Eastern Finland to promote older adults' wellbeing and quality of life.
