Exploration of the roles of awe at temple sites: Findings from structural equation modelling and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis
This study investigates the antecedents and outcomes of feelings of awe experienced at heritage locations using a structural equation modelling-fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method. Based on the stimulus-organism-response framework, this research proposes an integrated model by examining the relationship between stimuli (natural environment and religious culture) and the emotional (e.g. awe) and cognitive (e.g. cultural attachment an…
Advancing medical education in cervical cancer control with large language models for multiple-choice question generation
OBJECTIVE: To explore the feasibility of using large language models (LLMs) to generate multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for cervical cancer control education and compare them with those created by clinicians. METHODS: GPT-4o and Baichuan4 generated 40 MCQs each with iteratively refined prompts. Clinicians generated 40 MCQs for comparison. 120 MCQs were evaluated by 12 experts across five dimensions (correctness, clarity and specificity, cognitiv…
Qingxin Kaiqiao Fang decreases Tau hyperphosphorylation in Alzheimer's disease via the PI3K/Akt/GSK3β pathway in vitro and in vivo
QKF can improve spatial cognition, learning, and memory abilities in APP/PS1 mice and protect PC12 cells. Decreasing the Tau hyperphosphorylation in AD exhibits curative efficacy on AD via the PI3K/Akt/GSK3β pathway in vitro and in vivo
Testing the Associations Between Attachment Anxiety, Relational Aggression and Depressive Symptoms in Romantic Relationships: Actor-Partner Interdependence Model and Actor-Partner Interdependence Medi…
A Low-Cost Electrochemical Method for the Determination of Sulfadiazine in Aquaculture Wastewater
As the concept of green development spreads worldwide, environmental protection awareness for production and life has been continuously strengthened. Antibiotic residues in aquaculture wastewaters aggravate environmental pollution and threaten human health. Therefore, the detection of residual antibiotics in wastewater is crucial. In this paper, a new, simple, and low-cost method based on the glassy carbon electrode electrochemical sensor for the…
Zuogui Wan slowed senescence of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells by suppressing Wnt/β-catenin signaling
Together, our data show that ZGW slows BMSCs aging by suppressing Wnt signaling
Impacts of Pharmacists-Managed Oncology Outpatient Clinic on Resolving Drug-Related Problems in Ambulatory Neoplasm Patients: A Prospective Study in China
Pharmacists are health care professionals who are actively involved in identifying and solving drug-related problems (DRPs) in neoplasm patients. However, the effectiveness of pharmaceutical services at outpatient clinic for neoplasm patients have not been reported in China. This study aims to describe and investigate the impacts of pharmacists-managed oncology outpatient clinic on ambulatory neoplasm patients. We performed a descriptive, prospec…
