    Open Access•TOM WOOLHOUSE•ARTICLE•Proceedings of the Prehistoric…•2024•Cited by: 1•References: 34

Farming developed in Britain during the Neolithic period but across much of England the earliest good archaeological evidence for fields and enclosures in which crops were grown and livestock kept dates from the Middle Bronze Age, c. 1600/1500 bc . • An Unusual Imported Bronze Jug Handle from Late Iron Age Easton, Suffolk

    Open Access•Ruth Beveridge, TOM WOOLHOUSE•ARTICLE•Britannia•2020

  • Recent discoveries at Ely Cathedral, Cambridgeshire

TOM WOOLHOUSE, Mark Hinman et al.•ARTICLE•Archaeological Journal•2018•Cited by: 1•References: 3

The excavations provide an opportunity to review the currently limited state of knowledge regarding the location and layout of the Anglo-Saxon monastery at Ely and to put…
