    Seit Friedrich Stein einen Wandel in der Rechtsanschauung angestoßen hat, wird der Eigentumserwerb im Rahmen der Zwangsvollstreckung als hoheitlicher Rechtsakt angesehen. Damit geht einher, dass die materielle Rechtslage hinsichtlich des Vollstreckungsobjekts unbeachtlich ist. Durch die entsprechenden Hoheitsakte (Zuschlag bzw.
