  • Driving factors of social media article diffusion

Open Access•Zhao Yunze, Yunze Zhao et al.•ARTICLE•Journalism•2026

This study constructs three logistic models to predict whether an article on social media can achieve a high reading volume (100,000+), a high liking volume (above 1,099), and a high reading and liking volume simultaneously. Our findings are based on the analysis of 22,632 articles published by WeChat Official Accounts. The accuracy of these three models reaches 79%, 81.14%, and 84.26%, respectively. The models verify the important impact of emot…

  • Clinical epidemiology of community-acquired pneumonia in children before, during, and after the Covid-19 pandemic, and independent risk factors analysis for severe community-acquired pneumonia

Open Access•Xiaoou Li, Lingzhi Li et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Global Health•2025

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic may have created an 'immunity debt', altering the epidemiology and aetiology of paediatric community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). However, multi-centre data on these changes and contemporary risk factors for severe CAP remain limited. We therefore aimed to analyse clinical characteristics and pathogen composition of CAP in children before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic, and to identify independent risk fac…

  • Validation of the psychometric properties of the scale of resilience to suicide attempts among adolescents in Mainland China

Methods: We collected the daily number of inpatients with urolithiasis in Ganzhou from 2018 to 2019 and…

  • Potential Common Mechanisms of Cytotoxicity Induced by Amide Herbicides via TRPA1 Channel Activation

Open Access•Xiaoning Wang, Yangyang Sun et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of…•2022

The “Multi-Threat Medical Countermeasure (MTMC)” strategy was proposed to develop a single drug with therapeutic efficacy against multiple pathologies or broad-spectrum protection against various toxins with common biochemical signals, molecular mediators, or cellular processes. This study demonstrated that cytotoxicity, expression of transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily A member 1 (TRPA1) mRNA, and intracellular calcium influx w…
