Evaluating the effectiveness of telehealth-delivered Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI) for children and adolescents following recent trauma
Clinicaltrials.gov. Number NCT07031817. Registered on the 2nd of October, 2025
Limited usefulness of neurocognitive functioning indices as predictive markers for treatment response to methylphenidate or neurofeedback@home in children and adolescents with ADHD
Current findings indicate a potential value of self-report (BRIEF global score) and some objectively measured neurocognitive indices (CPT commission errors and hit reaction time variability) as treatment markers (of change) for MPH. However, we found a rather limited prognostic value with regard to predicting treatment response not (yet) allowing recommendation for clinical use. Baseline symptom severity was revealed as the most relevant predicto…
Non-violent resistance parental training versus treatment as usual for children and adolescents with severe tyrannical behavior
Contrary to our expectation, NVR was not superior to TAU in reducing parental stress at completion for parents of children with STB. However, NVR showed positive outcomes in the follow-up, pointing to the importance to implement parental strategies and following this population over longer time periods in future projects. Clinical trial registration : Clinicaltrials.gov, identifier NCT05567276
Children and Adolescents with Severe Tyrannical Behaviour
Are Psychiatrists Trained to Address the Mental Health Needs of Young People Transitioning From Child to Adult Services? Insights From a European Survey

Cross-training between both specialties offers a basis for improved communication between child and adult services but efforts should be sustained in practical training. Recommendations are provided to foster further development and meet the specific needs of young people transitioning to adult services

In the context of the CAPEDP program (Compétences parentales et Attachement dans la Petite Enfance: Diminution des risques liés aux troubles de santé menta…
