  • Does the digital economy impact global carbon shadow price? A study on nonlinear relationships based on the dynamic threshold model

Open Access•Ying Liu, Yajie Liu et al.•ARTICLE•Humanities and Social Sciences…•2026

Clarifying the nexus between digital economy development (DED) and carbon shadow price (CSP) is fundamental to reconciling environmental conservation with economic growth, as CSP serves as a core indicator in environmental economics for evaluating the trade-off between low-carbon transition and economic development. Drawing on dynamic panel data covering 60 economies, this study adheres to the core logic of environmental economics, employs nonpar…

  • Characterization of sexually acquired HIV-1 transmission networks and genetic variation in northern frontier China, 2021–2024

Open Access•Yu Liu, Ying Liu et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Public Health•2026

Background: In Baotou, sexual transmission is the primary route of HIV-1 infection among newly reported cases. Given the increasing prevalence in recent years, this study aimed to identify the factors driving local viral spread and analyze the characteristics of pretreatment HIV drug resistance (PDR). Methods: Plasma samples were collected from 407 newly reported, treatment-naïve individuals infected via sexual transmission in Baotou between 2021…

  • Risk-adaptive planning for power system decarbonization: Quantifying internal and external trade-offs based on a dual-triangle framework

Open Access•Gang Lu, Peng Xia et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Industrial Ecology•2026

  • A virtual reality-based multimodal framework for adolescent depression screening using machine learning

Open Access•Yizhen Wu, Yan Qiao et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Psychiatry•2025

The proposed VR-based multimodal system identified robust physiological biomarkers associated with adolescent MDD and demonstrated strong diagnostic performance. These findings support the utility of immersive, sensor-integrated platforms in early mental health screening and intervention. Future work may explore integrating the proposed multimodal system into wearable or mobile platforms for scalable, real-world mental health screening

  • Withdrawn: The Bufei Nashen pill inhibits the PI3K/AKT/HIF-1 signaling pathway to regulate extracellular matrix deposition and improve COPD progression

Open Access•Ping Xinchong, Zhang Changxi et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2024

  • Exploring synergistic decoupling of haze pollution and carbon emissions in emerging economies: Fresh evidence from China

Open Access•Feng Dong, Jingyun Li et al.•ARTICLE•Environment Development and…•2023

  • A reverse distribution between synergistic effect and economic development: An analysis from industrial SO2 decoupling and CO2 decoupling

    Open Access•Feng Dong, Jingyun Li et al.•ARTICLE•Environmental Impact Assessment…•2023•Cited by: 6•References: 79

  • Tracking the history of urban expansion in Guangzhou (China) during 1665–2017: Evidence from historical maps and remote sensing images

    Open Access•Guilin Liu, Jingyun Li et al.•ARTICLE•Land Use Policy•2022•Cited by: 6•References: 33

  • Prototyping in the Design of Built Landscapes

Open Access•Jingyun Li, Huaguan DONG et al.•ARTICLE•Landscape Architecture Frontiers•2020

The concept of “prototype” originated from "essentialism"—the theory holds that everything is found in its own pure realm that can be typically abstracted, described, and represented. In the development of Architecture, essentialism fails to describe the differences between formal variations, and then Typology was born which manifests the new spatial forms that are embedded within the historical, cultural, and environmental contexts through the c…

  • Drivers of China’s Industrial Carbon Emissions: Evidence from Joint PDA and LMDI Approaches

Open Access•Feng Dong, Xinqi Gao et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of…•2018

As the world's top carbon-emitting country, China has placed great emphasis on understanding the driving factors of carbon emissions and developing appropriate emissions reduction policies. Due to the obvious variations in carbon emissions among various industries in China, corresponding policies need to be formulated for different industries. Through data envelopment analysis, this study introduced the Shephard distance function into the logarit…

  • Drivers Analysis of CO2 Emissions from the Perspective of Carbon Density: The Case of Shandong Province, China

Open Access•Feng Dong, Jingyun Li et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of…•2018

Against the backgrounds of emission reduction targets promised by China, it is crucial to explore drivers of CO2 emissions comprehensively for policy making. In this study, Shandong Province in China is taken as an example to investigate drivers in carbon density by using an extended Kaya identity and a logarithmic mean Divisia index model (LMDI) with two layers. It is concluded that there are eight positive driving factors of carbon density duri…
