  • Cost-effectiveness analysis of rezvilutamide versus bicalutamide and androgen-deprivation therapy in patients with high-volume, metastatic, hormone-sensitive prostate cancer: A Markov’s model-based ev…

Open Access•Juan Hong, Xiaohui Zeng et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Public Health•2025

Objectives: Rezvilutamide, an androgen-receptor inhibitor, has been approved by the Chinese National Medical Products Administration as a first-line treatment for high-volume metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC). This study aims to assess the cost-effectiveness of rezvilutamide plus androgen-deprivation therapy (ADT) compared to bicalutamide plus ADT for the first-line treatment of high-volume mHSPC in China. Methods: A Markov mod…

  • Identifying Spatial Distribution of Urban Vitality Using Self-Organizing Feature Map Neural Network

Open Access•Xingfei Cai, Chaoxiang Wen et al.•ARTICLE•ISPRS International Journal of…•2025

As a vital component of urban planning, urban vitality profoundly affects the sustainable development and well-being of cities. Existing evaluation methods struggle to effectively explain the spatial distribution between nonlinear indicators while simultaneously considering geographical location and spatial attributes. How do we propose a research framework to address this nonlinear spatial distribution? This question is crucial for the study of …

  • The Evolution of Microplastics Research: Global Trends and Agricultural Implications

Open Access•Tom Lotz, Wenjun Chen et al.•ARTICLE•Land Degradation and Development•2025

Microplastics (MPs) are a growing concern due to their impact on ecosystems and human health. To identify the layout of the global research landscape, emerging topics, and future directions of MP research, particularly in the agricultural context, this study analyzed 16,134 publications from the period 2014 to 2023. The findings revealed a significant increase in MP publications, with China and India emerging as main contributors. Domestic citati…

  • Customers' positive feedback as an answer: How can online ride-hailing drivers control the impact of occupational stigma perception

Shuai Chen, Zhaoxia Dai et al.•ARTICLE•Internet Research•2025•References: 11

Purpose In the gig economy, online ride-hailing drivers experience occupational stigma perception (OSP), which may surpass that experienced by traditional service providers and significantly affect their service performance. However, how these drivers counteract OSP in the new online labor relationship has not been well studied. To address this issue, this paper presents an analysis of the moderating roles of online ride-hailing drivers' internal…

  • Artificial Intelligence, Financial Development, and Energy Efficiency: Synergistic Pathways to Environmental Sustainability in High‐Income Economies

    Open Access•Wu Chen, Wenjun Chen et al.•ARTICLE•Sustainable Development•2025•Cited by: 1•References: 1

High‐income economies continue to face structural tensions between technological progress, institutional performance and environmental sustainability. This study examines the determinants of ecological health (EH) in the G7 countries from 2000 to 2022, focusing on the roles of energy efficiency (EE), urbanization (URB), artificial intelligence (AI), foreign direct investment (FDI), institutional quality (IQ), and economic growth (EG). AI is incor…

  • Prospects and barriers analysis framework for the development of energy storage sharing

Open Access•Xingkai Yong, Yunna Wu et al.•ARTICLE•Sustainable Cities and Society•2023

  • Some stay and some quit: Understanding P2P accommodation providers’ continuous sharing behavior from the perspective of feedback theory

    Open Access•Shuai Chen, Wenjun Chen et al.•ARTICLE•Tourism Management•2023•Cited by: 4•References: 76

  • Barriers identification, analysis and solutions to rural clean energy infrastructures development in China: Government perspective

Open Access•Yunna Wu, Yijia Liao et al.•ARTICLE•Sustainable Cities and Society•2022

  • A typological framework of non-floodplain wetlands for global collaborative research and sustainable use

Open Access•Wenjun Chen, Josefin Thorslund et al.•ARTICLE•Environmental Research Letters•2022

Non-floodplain wetlands (NFWs) are important but vulnerable inland freshwater systems that are receiving increased attention and protection worldwide. However, a lack of consistent terminology, incohesive research objectives, and inherent heterogeneity in existing knowledge hinder cross-regional information sharing and global collaboration. To address this challenge and facilitate future management decisions, we synthesized recent work to underst…

  • Sociodemographic and behavioral influences on multimorbidity among adult residents of northeastern China

Open Access•Jikang Shi, Yanbo Guo et al.•ARTICLE•BMC Public Health•2022

Sociodemographic indices (age, BMI, family history of hypertension, and family history of diabetes) and behavioral indices (fatigue status and fresh fruit consumption) increase the risks of multimorbidity. This study provides a necessary route to prevent and control multimorbidity in northeast China

  • Psychometric Properties of the Short Form of the Fear of Cancer Recurrence Inventory (FCRI) in Chinese Breast Cancer Survivors

Open Access•Peng Li, Li Peng et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Psychiatry•2019

Objective: Currently, fear of cancer recurrence (FCR) is emerging as an important issue for long-term breast cancer survivors and is associated with lower quality of life and functional impairment. Given that there is a dearth of research regarding the FCR of Chinese breast cancer survivors, this study investigated whether the short form of the Fear of Cancer Recurrence Inventory (FCRI) could detect high FCR and explored the level and characteris…

  • Exploring the industrial land use efficiency of China's resource-based cities

  • Digital Photograph Analysis for Measuring Percent Plant Cover in the Arctic

Open Access•Zhaohua Chen, Wenjun Chen et al.•ARTICLE•ARCTIC•2010

Long-term satellite remote sensing data, when properly calibrated and validated against ground monitoring, could provide valuable data sets for assessing climate change impacts on ecosystems, wildlife, and other important aspects of life in the Arctic. Percent plant cover is ideal for seasonal and long-term ground monitoring because it can be observed non-destructively and is closely related to other key ecosystem variables, such as biomass and l…

  • Relating Biomass and Leaf Area Index to Non-destructive Measurements in Order to Monitor Changes in Arctic Vegetation

Open Access•Wenjun Chen, Junhua Li et al.•ARTICLE•ARCTIC•2009

This paper reports an alternative method for seasonal and long-term monitoring of biomass and the leaf area index (LAI) at Arctic tundra sites. Information related to the historical and projected change in abundance and distribution of biomass and LAI is required to address numerous environmental and resource management issues. Observations of earth from satellites could potentially be used to derive seasonal and long-term changes in biomass and …

  • Determination of contents of the microelements in the blood and the hair of the Han, Uygur and Kazak people

    Open Access•A Changxin, Y Weixing et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of…•1993

Atomic absorption spectrometry is used to determine the contents of microelements (such as Zn, Cu, Ca, Mg and Fe) in the all-blood and hair of the Han, Uygur, and Kazak people in normal health state. The results show that the above mentioned elements in the hair arranged successively as Ca>Zn>Mg>Fe>Cu and those in the all-blood of the Han people arranged as Fe>Mg>Ca>Zn>Cu; of the Uygur and Kazak people, as Fe>Mg>Ca>Zn>Cu. This paper reports that …
