A Case Study on the Alienation of the Male Older Adult in the ‘Healthy l00 Exercise Class’
본 연구는 ‘건강백세운동교실’에서의 남성노인 소외에 대해 알아보기 위해 질적사례연구방법 중 ‘단일사례연구방법’을 채택하여 진행하였다. 유목적표집방법에 따라 4곳이 경로당에서 총 10명의 남성노인을 연구참여자로 모집하였으며, 심층면담을 주된 자료로 수집하였다. ‘건강백세운동교실’에서의 남성 소외에 대한 분석 결과는 ‘건강백세운동교실’ 참여의 선행조건은 ‘인간관계’ · ‘자기주도적 삶이 중요’ · ‘구조적 제약’ · ‘프로그램에 대한 동기 부족’으로 도출되었다. 결론적으로 남성노인들의 ‘건강백세운동교실’ 소외현상이 ‘문화적 특성’과 ‘환경적 특성’에 기인한 것이기에, 이러한 특성을 보다 이해하여 남성노인들의 ‘건강백세운동교실’ 참여를 유도하여야 하겠다. 이를 위한 전략으로 “건강백세운동교실 참여에 대한 인식재고 교육”과 “다양하고 정교한 서비스의 제공”이다. 이를 위해 ‘건강백세운동교실’ 운영기관을…
