    This article presents a study of the paleodemographic and paleopathological aspects of the dhimmī population of Madīnat Ilbīra through osteoarchaeological analysis. To this end, human bone material exhumed during an archaeological excavation conducted in 2008 at Cerro del Almirez (Atarfe, Granada), was analyzed.
