    O presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar custos e benefícios da comercialização do pescador que utiliza barco de passageiro para comercializar o seu pescado, na região do baixo Amazonas. O trabalho mostrou que o pescador consegue uma renda de R$15 por dia trazendo o pescado para comercializar diretamente para o consumidor enquanto a renda seria metade desse valor se fosse comercializado na própria comunidade.
