Promoting exercise behavior and cardiorespiratory fitness among college students based on the motivation theory
The physical exercise behavior of college students partially mediates the relationship between exercise motivation and cardiovascular fitness. Therefore, the educational concept of "Health First" should be promoted in college sports. Internal motivation of exercise can be transformed into external motivation to improve students' exercise behavior and cardiovascular fitness through enhancing their cardiopulmonary capacity

A Case of Disseminated Herpes Zoster Presenting as Vesicles Limited to Skin Lesions with Lymphoma Cutis Involvement
After primary infection, varicella zoster virus (VZV) causes prolonged latent infections that may reactivate, depending on the immunologic status of the host. We present a case of VZV reactivation in a 10-year-old male patient that underwent unrelated peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (uPBSCT) for T-lymphoblastic lymphoma with lymphoma cutis lesions. This patient had a history of herpes zoster involving the right L2-5 dermatome and trige…
Risk Factors of Undiagnosed Diabetes Mellitus among Korean Adults: A National Cross-Sectional Study Using the KNHANES Data
In this cross-sectional study, we investigated the baseline risk factors of diabetes mellitus (DM) in patients with undiagnosed DM (UDM). We utilized the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) 2010-2017 data. Data regarding the participants' demographic characteristics, health status, health determinants, healthcare accessibility, and laboratory tests were gathered to explore the differences between the DM, UDM, and wit…
The Korea Cancer Big Data Platform (K-CBP) for Cancer Research
Data warehousing is the most important technology to address recent advances in precision medicine. However, a generic clinical data warehouse does not address unstructured and insufficient data. In precision medicine, it is essential to develop a platform that can collect and utilize data. Data were collected from electronic medical records, genomic sequences, tumor biopsy specimens, and national cancer control initiative databases in the Nation…
Antimicrobial Effect of 7-O-Butylnaringenin, a Novel Flavonoid, and Various Natural Flavonoids against Helicobacter pylori Strains
The antimicrobial effect of a novel flavonoid (7-O-butylnaringenin) on Helicobacter pylori 26695, 51, and SS1 strains and its inhibitory effect on the urease activity of the strains were evaluated and compared with those of several natural flavonoids. First, various flavonoids were screened for antimicrobial activities using the paper disc diffusion method. Hesperetin and naringenin showed the strongest antimicrobial effects among the natural fla…
The Response of Exchange Rate Pass-Through to Market Concentration in a Small Economy: The Evidence from Korea
This paper finds that domestic market concentration in Korea, a small country, systematically affects pass-through of individual industries. The estimates suggest that exchange rates are only partially passed on to import prices in Korea. The evidence implies that imperfect competition is relevant for the exchange rate pass-through, even in a small economy. This finding has important implications for issues such as inflationary effects of depreci…

Differential Information and the Role for Active Stabilization Policy: A Comment
In a recent paper, T. M. Anderson analyzes a New Classical model in which demanders and suppliers are differentially informed. He claims that a particular feedback monetary policy, but not a private indexation rule, is able to perfectly stablize the economy. The authors show that Anderson's private indexation rule is also able to perfectly stabilize the economy. Copyright 1991 by The London School of Economics and Political Science
