Household food security in rural Uganda
No effective food security policy can be developed without knowledge of the dimensions of food insecurity problem at the household level. Using cross‐sectional data of a sample of 300 rural households from three districts in Uganda, Kiboga, Mbarara and Pallisa, this paper examines the extent of food insecurity at the household level.
