Fehlerquellen und Wiederaufnahme im Strafverfahren – Eine bundesweite Untersuchung der Rechtspraxis bei Wiederaufnahmeverfahren nach rechtskräftigen Entscheidungen
Die Studie untersucht den Verfahrensgang von Wiederaufnahmeverfahren in Strafsachen, die Fehlerquellen, die Chancen Verurteilter bei der Geltendmachung von Fehlern und die Reaktionen der Wiederaufnahmegerichte auf Wiederaufnahmeanträge. Dazu wurden die Akten von 512 erfolgreichen und nicht erfolgreichen Wiederaufnahmeverfahren der Jahre 2013-2015 aus 14 Bundesländern analysiert. This paper examines the link between attitudes, the acceptance of violence and the performance of extremist acts. It is tested, if different ideologies of extremism develop commonalities in their positions, attitudes and structures.
