Bu araştırmada okul öncesi öğretmen adaylarının bireysel çalgı çalışma alışkanlıklarının çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma betimsel tarama ve nedensel karşılaştırma modeli şeklinde tasarlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı bilişsel esneklik ve psikolojik sağlamlığın merhamet yorgunluğu üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır.
