  • Dynamic antecedents of changes in abusive supervision

Yongyue Wang, Y Samuel Wang et al.•ARTICLE•Acta Psychologica Sinica•2025

  • Hospitality for sustainability

Jude B Joshua, Yanghua Jin et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Sustainable Tourism•2023

Employing the stimulus-organism-response model, this study examined employees’ eco-anxiety as a potential boundary condition, in the indirect relationship between restaurant green attributes, and employee green behaviors. Using PROCESS macro, the analysis of data obtained in two waves from 446 restaurant employees revealed that second-order restaurants’ green attributes are directly associated with required and voluntary employee green behaviors.…

  • Power disparity and team conflict

Yue Zhu, Jiangpei Xie et al.•ARTICLE•Acta Psychologica Sinica•2019

Power disparity refers to the differences in the concentration of power among team members. Although the pervasiveness and importance of power disparity have been well recognized, whether power disparity is functional or dysfunctional remains uncertain. Some researchers have suggested that power disparity can improve team performance by facilitating coordination, while others have found that power disparity, which may be perceived as unequal and …

  • Rivals or allies

Open Access•Yue Zhu, Tingting Chen et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Organizational Behavior•2019•Cited by: 1•References: 7

Previous research suggests that performance‐prove goal orientation is positively related to knowledge hiding. However, we argue that this effect depends on the focus of performance feedback (i.e., individual‐ and group‐focused feedback), which shapes the nature of the competitive expression of performance‐prove goal orientation (i.e., intragroup and intergroup oriented). We conducted three studies to test our theoretical model. The results of Stu…

  • Team knowledge exchange

Open Access•Anne Burmeister, Yixuan Li et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Organizational Behavior•2019•Cited by: 2•References: 8

In this study, we examined how and when transformational leadership affected team knowledge exchange. Taking a goal pursuit perspective, we hypothesized two parallel mediating mechanisms—team knowledge goal generation and team knowledge goal striving—linking transformational leadership to team knowledge exchange. In addition, we investigated whether team‐level team‐member exchange served as a boundary condition that qualified the effects of trans…
