  • Heterogeneity of benefit finding in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Open Access•Yan Fan, Tingting Tong et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Psychiatry•2025

BF levels in MHD patients demonstrated significant variations influenced by the combined effects of self-efficacy and social support. The decision tree model successfully identified patient subgroups with distinct psychological resource configurations. These findings provide a theoretical foundation for implementing stratified and personalized psychological interventions in clinical practice. Clinicians can identify and prioritize vulnerable pati…

  • A Cross-Comparative Framework to Explore Land Use Histories of the Northeastern Peloponnese, Greece

Open Access•James Newhard, Tingting Tong et al.•ARTICLE•Heritage•2025•References: 33

Calls for an “archaeology of climate change” highlight the interest in integrating human land use histories with the paleoenvironmental record. Shifts in land use patterns, observed via regional archaeological surveys, have been used in studies exploring the relationships between human and environmental systems, often via the Adaptive Cycle (AC). Recent work has combined datasets from separate surveys to examine macroregional patterns, which can …

  • The cognitive mechanism of reducing procrastination by emotion regulation

Tingting Tong, Youling Bai et al.•ARTICLE•Acta Psychologica Sinica•2024

  • Family, teacher, and student ability development in China

Tingting Tong•ARTICLE•Journal of the Asia Pacific Economy•2019•References: 7

We investigate the impact of family and teacher human capital on the development of cognitive and noncognitive abilities of Chinese middle school students. Our cognitive ability is measured by a standard cognitive ability test, and our noncognitive ability indicators include confidence, college intentions, perseverance, and behavior problems. We specifically solve the endogeneity issue caused by nonrandom sorting by employing Hausman–Taylor estim…
