  • Measuring Organizational Equity in Terms of Race, Ethnicity, Sexual Orientation, and Gender Identity: Tool Creation and Use

    Purpose: While several tools measure organizational racial and ethnic equity and multiculturalism, no tool explicitly measures sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) equity.
