Intrinsic and Extrinsic Work Motivation among US and Norwegian High School Students
This article utilizes comparable survey data to examine the antecedents and correlates of intrinsic and extrinsic work motivation among US and Norwegian high school students. It builds on prior studies of young Americans’ work motivations, as well as cross-national research which has primarily been preoccupied with the work values of adults.
