  • Demystifying the impact of digital hindrance stressors on employee digital creativity: Interactive roles of job anxiety and positive stress mindset

Open Access•Lu Zhang, Chen Yang et al.•ARTICLE•BMC Psychology•2026

In this study, we examined the relationship between employees’ perceived digital hindrance stressors and digital creativity by focusing on the mediating role of job anxiety and the moderating role of positive stress mindset. Using dyadic data from 273 supervisor–subordinate pairs in China, our results revealed that (1) digital hindrance stressors were negatively associated with employee digital creativity; (2) job anxiety played a partially curvi…

  • Pharmacodynamic material basis of licorice and mechanisms of modulating bile acid metabolism and gut microbiota in cisplatin-induced liver injury based on LC-MS and network pharmacology analysis

Open Access•Jie Li, Xiaolong Lian et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2025

  • Tegdetector: A Phishing Detector That Knows Evolving Transaction Behaviors

Open Access•Xuhong Zhang, Haibin Zheng et al.•ARTICLE•IEEE Transactions on Computational…•2024

Recently, phishing scams have posed a significant threat to blockchains. Phishing detectors direct their efforts in hunting phishing addresses. Most of the detectors extract target addresses’ transaction behavior features by random walking or constructing static subgraphs. The random walking methods, unfortunately, usually miss structural information due to limited sampling sequence length, while the static subgraph methods tend to ignore tempora…

  • The role of individual personality type in subjective risk elicitation outcomes

Zhijun Yang, Keith H Coble et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Risk Research•2009•References: 1

Managing uncertainty is an unavoidable challenge in a variety of decision contexts. On many occasions, objective data are not available, necessitating the use of experts. However, research into procedures to elicit and aggregate information from experts is difficult to validate or test empirically. A controlled economic experiment was used to assess subjective probability elicitation accuracy resulting from three alternative elicitation procedure…
