Development and evaluation of a literature seminar course based on flipped classroom and team-based learning in the graduate nursing curriculum
BACKGROUND: Developing research competence and self-efficacy is a core goal of graduate nursing education. However, traditional lecture-based instruction often fails to cultivate students’ ability to critically appraise, synthesize, and apply research evidence. This study aimed to design and evaluate a graduate-level literature seminar course based on the flipped classroom (FC) and team-based learning (TBL) pedagogies to enhance the research comp…
The application of generative artificial intelligence in the cultivation of scientific research literacy of nursing postgraduates
Background/objective Generative artificial intelligence is profoundly transforming the field of nursing. Nursing education needs to make corresponding progress to cultivate nursing personnel who can adapt to the technological environment. Conduct a scoping review on the application of generative artificial intelligence in cultivating research literacy among nursing graduate students to provide a reference for future paradigm shifts in graduate ed…
The impact of professional mission on turnover intention among operating room nurses
The multiple mediation effects of professional identity and job burnout between professional mission and turnover intention were validated. Nursing managers should focus on enhancing nurses' professional mission, improving their professional identity, and reducing job burnout to decrease turnover intention among operating room nurses
A carbon price prediction model based on decomposition and dual-channel attention network
How Epistemic Community Shapes Global Governance of AI in Military Domain
The rapid development and applications of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the military realm pose significant technical, ethical, and geopolitical risks. This article examines how members of the epistemic community, particularly Chinese academic and policy players, influence and shape the governance of AI’s military applications. Using social network analysis and comparative case studies, this research explores China’s interactions wit…
A Multi-Center Study on the Relationship Between Developmental Regression and Disease Severity in Children With Autism Spectrum Disorders
Regressive autism is mainly manifested as language and social regression. Children with regressive ASD have more severe core symptoms, lower neurodevelopmental level DQ, and more serious disease degree than children with non-regressive ASD, which requires further etiological examinations and more clinical attention
Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion of Q235 Carbon Steel by Ectothiorhodospira sp
The biological sulfur cycle is closely related to iron corrosion in the natural environment. The effect of the sulfur-oxidising bacterium Ectothiorhodospira sp., named PHS-Q, on the metal corrosion behaviour rarely has been investigated. In this study, the corrosion mechanism of Q235 carbon steel in a PHS-Q-inoculated medium is discussed via the characterization of the morphology and the composition of the corrosion products, the measurement of l…
Suicide rates in China, 2004–2014
The biased MOH-VR System underestimated China's national and rural suicide rates. Although not widely appreciated in the field of suicide research, the CDC-DSP System provides more accurate estimations on China's suicide rates and is recommended for future studies to monitor the reversing trends of suicide rates in China's more developed areas
