In an animal model of complete Freund's adjuvant-induced arthritis, the tofacitinib citrate controlled-release formulation (TCRF) was examined. We examined the impact of TCRF on FCA-induced arthritis in rats, as well as weight alterations and changes in haematological and biochemical indicators.
