  • The Impact of Workplace Bullying on Employee Safety Behavior in the Petroleum Industry

Open Access•Dawei Wang, Yi Yang et al.•ARTICLE•SAGE Open•2026

Introduction: Higher quality relationships are vital to promoting safe behavior in the workplace. However, research on how workplace bullying affects safe behavior remains scarce. To explore this relationship, the concepts of team psychological safety and benevolent leadership were introduced. Method: Drawing on the self-regulatory resource theory, this study explores the relationships among workplace bullying, safety compliance, and safety parti…

  • Sino-international film collaboration and co-production

    Open Access•Yanling Yang, Will Higbee•ARTICLE•Transnational Screens•2024

In light of the shift from the first phase to the second phase of transnational cinema studies, this volume examines a set of practices of transnational cinema that have been taking place between China and its counterparts. In exploring transnational cinema activities in the form of film collaborations and co-productions, this volume puts the spotlight on critical trends in transnational cinemas that are not limited to Western spheres of influenc…

  • The Post-Covid-19 Economic Policy Uncertainty and the Effectiveness of Monetary Policy

Open Access•Yuegang Song, Yanling Yang et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Public Health•2021

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has caused an upsurge economic policy uncertainty (EPU). Study on the time-varying effect of EPU is of substantial implication for the central bank in implementation of monetary policy. To empirically investigate the time-varying effect of EPU, the paper considers the shock of the monetary policy implemented by China's central bank on different economic variables including interest rate, output gap, and infla…

  • Evaluation of the wound healing potential of Sophora alopecuroides in SD rat's skin

Open Access•Xiangting Sun, Yanling Yang et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2021

  • Anti-atopic effect of Viola yedoensis ethanol extract against 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene-induced atopic dermatitis-like skin dysfunction

Open Access•Pinglong Fan, Yanling Yang et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2021

  • The Role of the Non-state Film Industry in Promoting China’s Soft Power

Yanling Yang•ARTICLE•The Hague Journal of Diplomacy•2019•Cited by: 1

This article explores the role of non-state actors from the film industry in promoting China’s soft power. Much research on non-state actors has emphasised the Anglophone world, while little research has been undertaken in the context of non-democratic regimes such as China. Therefore, following scholarly reviews on soft power and the role of its key actors, this article analyses China’s approach to soft power, based on semi-structured interviews…

  • The Effects of Long-term Exposure to Bisphenol-A on Fear Memory of Adult Mice

Qin Zhang, Xiaohong Xu et al.•ARTICLE•Acta Psychologica Sinica•2014

    摘要

  • The Effects of Environmental Endocrine Disrupter Bisphenol A on Learning-memory and Synaptic Structure of Adult Mice

Xingyi Liu, Xiaohong Xu et al.•ARTICLE•Acta Psychologica Sinica•2013
