O presente trabalho pretende elaborar novo conceito de Acesso a Justica e sugerir, para vencer obstaculos a efetivacao de tal garantia constitucional, a educacao juridica, a popularizacao das formas extrajudiciais de solucao de disputas, o fortalecimento da Defensoria Publica como instituicao responsavel pela assistencia juridica gratuita aos necessitados e a efetiva atuacao dos Juizados Especiais Estaduais
