This article uses the Country Indicators for Foreign Policy (CIFP) fragile states framework to evaluate fragile state transitions. Scores on Rotter's I-E scale, attitudes regarding contraception, and other personal and familial data were obtained from vasectomized and nonvasectomized factory workers in urban North India. Risk-Taking under Conditions of Chance and Skill in India and Canada
The risk-taking behavior of male Indian and Canadian students was observed in a gambling situation and in a situation dependent on skill.
