Este trabalho analisa a exatidão das informações oficiais sobre os Institutos Federais em Minas Gerais entre 2008 e 2025, com base na Lei no 11.892/2008. Questioning our faith in the judiciary: From institutional entrenchment to the monopoly of constitution
This paper intends to question the role of the Brazilian Supreme Federal Court as an agent of democratic construction and its role as guardian of the constitution.
