    In this article we present a batch of 58 coins (56 identified) from the Roman Empire period, discovered during the first two decades (1965– 1985) of systematic research at the site of Romula, the capital of Dacia Malvensis. Except for a nummus from the 4 th century, the coins belong to the Principate era.     The author presents 63 coins from the Roman Imperial period, discovered in the vicinity of the city of Orhei, located in the central-eastern part of the Republic of Moldova. They appear to originate from several distinct findspots in the mentioned area, which were later mixed into a single batch that entered the collection of the Vasile Pârvan Institute of Archaeology long ago, without details regarding the conditions of their recovery.     The authors present a coin hoard consisting of 62 Roman Republican denarii and a good style imitation of a denarius, which was recently discovered in the village of Pârscov, Buzău County, in the place called Gorgane‐Observator.
