  • Dynamic Evaluation of Ecological Security in Lithium Mining Areas by Integrating Variable Weight Theory with the DPSIRM Framework

Open Access•Xunyu Yin, Wenxiang Shu et al.•ARTICLE•ISPRS International Journal of…•2026

Lepidolite deposits are rare-metal deposits in which lepidolite is the principal industrial mineral. Owing to thin overburden and widespread open-pit mining, their exploitation supports raw material supply for the new energy industry but also continuously disturbs mining ecosystems, thereby threatening regional ecological security. Under the combined effects of fragile natural conditions and human-induced mining disturbance, traditional fixed-wei…

  • Integrating multi-omics approaches to elucidate the mechanism of XiaoPi Decoction in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands via AMPK signaling pathway activation

Open Access•Ling Chen, Meng Hu et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2026

  • Living Protection and Integrated Use of Cultural Sites from the Perspective of Functional Synergy

Open Access•FuLin Du, Yang Chen et al.•ARTICLE•Heritage•2026•References: 4

Mountainous military heritage represents a distinct form of cultural landscape facing compounding threats from environmental degradation and anthropogenic pressures. Conventional conservation models often adopt fragmented approaches, leading to limited long-term sustainability. This study proposes and empirically validates a novel Tri-Dimensional Symbiosis (TDS) framework integrating historical authenticity, ecological resilience, and community v…

  • Climate Change, Cotton Production and Processing in Producing Countries

Open Access•Hongtao Liu, Hong-Tao Liu et al.•ARTICLE•The Journal of Environment &…•2025

This paper aims to analyze the impact of climate change on cotton production and processing. Using the panel data Vector autoregressive (VAR) model on a panel of 48 countries that are both producers and processors of cotton, the results show that Climate variability has a negative impact on cotton production and processing. In fact, 15% of the variation in production is due to variations in rainfall and 30% is due to variations in temperature. In…

  • An Integrated Assessment Framework for Adaptive Reuse Potential of Unesco Heritage Buildings based on multisource Data

Open Access•Haitham A Ashah, Hongtao Liu et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Cultural Heritage•2025

  • Non-Linear Impacts of Social and Ecological Drivers on Ecosystem Services

Open Access•Yan Zhang, Shuhan Liu et al.•ARTICLE•Urban Science•2025•Cited by: 1

Exploring the impact of socio-ecological drivers on ecosystem services (ESs) is critical to ES conservation and restoration. Although a considerable amount of the literature has focused on this topic, few studies have investigated the non-linear impact thresholds of socio-ecological drivers on ESs from a global perspective. In this study, multisource geospatial data was integrated with ecological modeling to quantify six typical ESs in Wuhan, Chi…

  • A study on optimizing public spaces in rural heritage tourist sites from spatial perception

Open Access•Miran He, Hongtao Liu•ARTICLE•Journal of Chinese Architecture…•2024

The development of cultural and rural tourism has fostered the expansion of heritage sites while concurrently presenting challenges such as resource wastage and cultural degradation. Optimizing spatial use requires a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics inherent to these sites. An emerging trend involves the integration of human perception technology into spatial perception research. Thus, to examine the correlation between alterations in …

  • An analysis of the development path of ethnic villages under the protection of traditional Jiarong culture

Open Access•Hao Wu, Hongtao Liu et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Chinese Architecture…•2024

Most of the villages in the north-west ethnic areas of Sichuan are located within a culturally rich zone. However, during the process of village modernization, the protection and inheritance of traditional culture are often overlooked. This study has investigated the construction techniques and spatial components of traditional villages in Lixian, Sichuan Province, from the perspective of cultural inheritance. It analyzes and synthesizes represen…

  • Shen-Ling-Bai-Zhu-San alleviates the imbalance of intestinal homeostasis in dextran sodium sulfate-induced colitis mice by regulating gut microbiota and inhibiting the NLRP3 inflammasome activation

Open Access•Qianru Gao, Weiyi Tian et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2024

  • Pharmacokinetic characteristics of emodin in polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata

Open Access•Dongpeng Wang, Jufeng Duan et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2023

In conclusion, compared with treatment of EM alone, the AUC 0-t value of EM in HSWE was decreased with different ways in rats. PH shortened T max , and increased V d and CL. While AE prolonged T 1/2 of EM. This indicated that the other anthraquinones in HSWE changed the PK of EM in rats and participated in the complex effects of EM on liver cancer. Besides the other anthraquinones, other components (e.g., 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glu…

  • Style evolution rules of Tibetan dwellings in the Amdo Tibetan region

Open Access•Shanshan Zhu, Hongtao Liu et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Chinese Architecture…•2023

The Amdo Tibetan region is one of the three major Tibetan regions in China, along with the Jiarong Tibetan region and the Kangba Tibetan region. The Amdo Tibetan region is located in the Tibetan-Qiang-Yi corridor, where many ethnic groups have migrated for a long period, and the Tibetan dwellings in the region have typical characteristics such as the intermingling of multiple cultures and various construction methods. With post-disaster reconstru…
