Esta pesquisa teve o objetivo de identificar os impactos da pandemia da COVID-19 nas condições de trabalho dos entregadores via plataforma digital. Participaram 298 trabalhadores em 29 cidades, que responderam questionário on-line por meio da ferramenta Google Forms. Para a disseminação do questionário foi utilizado o método "bola de neve", em que integrantes de diferentes redes sociais respondem ao questionário e o encaminham para outras redes. …
