Free legal aid and access to justice for domestic violence victims in Serbia: Lawyers’ perspectives on gaps and challenges
This article examines the right to free legal aid for victims of domestic violence in the Republic of Serbia. A nationwide survey was conducted between February and June 2022 among lawyers registered with all Serbian bar associations.
