    This study analyzes the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of inclusive education in Latin America, with a particular focus on Ecuador. Through a regional comparative analysis and a multiple case study in Ecuador, the policies, practices and perceptions of various educational actors were examined.     This study analyzes the impact of interactive technologies on the motivation and engagement of university students in online courses. Through a systematic literature review and a comparative analysis of existing technologies, 64 articles published between 2020 and 2024 were examined.
