Maternal depression in low-income women is a significant problem because of its negative consequences for both mothers and their children. Method: The factor structure, internal consistency, and concurrent validity of the MOS-SSS were assessed using a convenience sample of 330 mothers. This study used the Client Satisfaction Questionnaire (CSQ-8) to examine the level of consumer satisfaction with children’s (ages 8 to 17 years) outpatient mental health services.
