    This essay explores how traditional arts impact the lives of older adults, especially those recognized as inheritors of an Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH). Through the work of elder Bai artist Mrs Zhao Huaizhu, I consider how traditional hand-icrafts and cultural knowledge enhance elder wellbeing and foster intergenerational connections.
