Relationship between Reading Scores on the Wide Range Achievement Test and the Gilmore Oral Reading Test in Young Children
The relationship between the reading scores of children ages 7 to 9 yr. on the Wide Range Achievement Test and the Gilmore Oral Reading Test was investigated. The 50 children (37 males and 13 females) had a mean age of 8.6 yr., and a mean grade placement of 2.98.
