On Processing the Roman and Arabic Orthographies of Malay
Malay, the language spoken in Singapore, Brunei, and Malaysia, is transcribed by both Arabic and Roman orthographies. Skilled Malay readers are trained in reading their language printed in these two dissimilar orthographies.
