Bias by Male Engineering Undergraduates in Their Evaluation of Teaching
This study assessed the gender biases of male engineering undergraduates when evaluating a college teacher of a technical course. Students ( n = 126) rated an hypothetical calculus teacher on a variety of personal, interpersonal and professional dimensions. Evidence of a promale bias was found with regard to what subjects thought the teacher's personal attitudes and interpersonal behavior would be toward students
