  • Associations of autonomous motivation and physical activity with mobile phone addiction and bedtime procrastination: A cross-sectional study

    This study provides initial evidence that autonomous motivation is associated with sustained physical activity and indirectly associated with lower levels of mobile phone addiction and bedtime procrastination.
