Environmental Equity in Urban Texas: Race, Income, and Patterns of Acute and Chronic Toxic Air Releases in Metropolitan Counties
The distribution of toxic air releases in urban Texas counties is compared to socioeconomic patterns to identify inequitable risk burdens. Chronic and acute toxic airborne release patterns from 1987 to 1990 are compared to demographics for Metropolitan Area (MA) counties.
