  • Predicting social isolation in maintenance hemodialysis patients using machine learning methods: A cross-sectional study

    Open Access•Ying Li, Y Y Li et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Psychiatry•2026

The prediction model based on RF has a good effect in identifying the social isolation risk of MHD patients. These findings enable clinicians to stratify high-risk populations and implement timely and targeted intervention measures, effectively reducing the risk of adverse consequences. Future multicenter studies should validate these results in larger cohorts

  • Early scientific research training links to the innovation ability of medical undergraduates and postgraduates

Open Access•Boyang Wang, Lulu Yang et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Education•2024

Scientific research training (SRT) is crucial for fostering skills and innovation in college students. However, the status of SRT in medical undergraduates and postgraduates, as well as the impact of early SRT on students’ innovation abilities, remain largely unknown. This study assessed the role of SRT in culturing innovation abilities among medical students. The results revealed that undergraduates exhibited a greater understanding of scientifi…

  • Exploring the effect of Weifuchun capsule on the toll-like receptor pathway mediated HES6 and immune regulation against chronic atrophic gastritis

Open Access•Boyang Wang, Wuai Zhou et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2023

  • CO Detection System Based on TDLAS Using a 4.625 μm Interband Cascaded Laser

Open Access•Kun Li, Boyang Wang et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of…•2022

During industrial operations and in confined places, carbon monoxide (CO) may collect in harmful proportions if ventilation is insufficient or appliances are not properly maintained. When the concentration of CO is too high, it might result in suffocation, coma, or even death. The detection of tiny concentrations of CO plays an important role in safe production. Due to the selective absorption of specific wavelengths of light by gas molecules, la…
