  • Dual targeting by Artemisia rupestris L. disrupting TLR4/NF-κB signaling and macrophage driven immune evasion in hepatocellular carcinoma

Open Access•Sirong Zhang, Jie Li et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2026

ARL suppresses HCC progression by dual mechanisms that include the interference in TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB cascade to reduce proinflammatory cytokine production, and reprogramming macrophage polarization to attenuate immune driven tumor growth. These findings make ARL a promising natural therapeutic agent and provide an experimental basis for further in-depth subsequent exploration of the application of ARL in hepatocellular carcinoma

  • Exploring the molecular mechanism of Artemisia rupestris L. for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma via PI3K/AKT pathway

Open Access•Sirong Zhang, Xiaocui Cai et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2024

  • Integrating metabolomics and network pharmacology to investigate Panax japonicus prevents kidney injury in HFD/STZ-induced diabetic mice

Open Access•Tingting Wang, Xiaoting Huang et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2023
