Dual targeting by Artemisia rupestris L. disrupting TLR4/NF-κB signaling and macrophage driven immune evasion in hepatocellular carcinoma
ARL suppresses HCC progression by dual mechanisms that include the interference in TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB cascade to reduce proinflammatory cytokine production, and reprogramming macrophage polarization to attenuate immune driven tumor growth. These findings make ARL a promising natural therapeutic agent and provide an experimental basis for further in-depth subsequent exploration of the application of ARL in hepatocellular carcinoma
Exploring the molecular mechanism of Artemisia rupestris L. for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma via PI3K/AKT pathway
Phytochemical analysis and evaluation of antioxidant activity of the leaves of Begonia picta smith
Like most other plants begonia picta smith contains various secondary metabolites with great potentials. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the phytochemicals by using quantitative and qualitative analysis of Petroleum ether , Chloroform, Methanol extracts ,with the help of standard methods as well solvent residual analysis byGCHS The findings from quantification and phytochemical screening showed the presence of alkaloids, flavonoids, reducing…
