  • Xiaoji decoction induces apoptosis in lung cancer cells and M1 Macrophage polarization via the JAK1/STAT3/PD-L1 pathway

Open Access•Chunxia He, Yanjing Lu et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2025

Our results indicate that XJD suppresses NSCLC cell growth, induces cell cycle arrest, and promotes apoptosis by inhibiting the JAK1/STAT3/PD-L1 signaling pathway. XJD has been shown to enhance the anti-cancer efficacy of αPD-L1 and exerts its anti-tumor effects by modulating macrophage polarization

  • Reciprocal interaction of Hotair and SP1 together enhance the ability of Xiaoji decoction and gefitinib to inhibit EP4 expression

Open Access•Jingjing Wu, Qing Tang et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2019

  • Chinese herbal medicine Xiaoji decoction inhibited growth of lung cancer cells through AMPKα-mediated inhibition of Sp1 and DNA methyltransferase 1

Open Access•ShunYu Zhao, Jingjing Wu et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2016
