摘要: 相对于传统的离散作答数据, 作答时间作为连续数据, 可以提供更多信息。改变点分析(change point analysis)技术在心理和教育领域是一个比较新的技术。本文一方面对改变点分析在心理测量领域的应用进行了一个综合的总结和分析; 另一方面, 将基于作答数据的两种改变点分析统计量推广到作答时间数据, 将改变点分析技术应用到测验异常作答模式:加速作答speededness的检测上。采用两种检验方法:似然比检验和Wald检验, 分别在已知和未知项目参数的条件下, 实现异常作答模式的检测。结果表明, 所采用的方法对于加速作答行为的检测具有很高的检验力, 同时能够很好的控制I类错误率。实证数据分析进一步表明本文中所使用的方法具有应用价值

摘要: K. K. Tatsuoka和她同事研究的规则空间模型(RSM)是一种在国内外有较大影响的认知诊断模型, 但是Tatsuoka的RSM是由学科专家先从已编制的测验中抽取出属性, 然后给出测验的关联Q阵, 再由该Q阵导出属性间的层级关系。已有研究证明, 这种做法所得到的属性间的层级关系难以保证是正确的, 甚至难以保证属性间的层级关系是唯一确定的。这里利用贝叶斯网进行结构学习, 从被试的属性掌握模式中挖掘出属性间的层级关系, 学习所得到的层级关系可以用来验证由RSM中的方法得到的层级关系。模拟实验和实证研究的结果都显示了该方法所得到的属性层级关系是有参考价值的, 可以为命题或测量专家带来有用的信息

摘要: 本文给出基于属性不等权重的等级反应模型(Grade Response Model, GRM)的属性层级方法(Attribute Hierarchy Method, AHM), 简记为属性不等权重的GRM-AHM。在属性层级结构下, 本文利用贝叶斯网与最小二乘两种方法, 提出了被试掌握属性的条件概率与属性权重的计算方法, 发现并解决了属性在不同的项目内权重有可能不相等的问题。本研究进一步将认知诊断推广到多级评分的情形。试验证明, 属性不等权重的GRM-AHM具有较高的判准率
