Correlations among traditional Chinese medicine constitutions, sleep quality, and cancer-related fatigue in patients with breast cancer
Purpose To investigate the status of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) constitution, sleep quality, and Cancer-Related Fatigue (CRF) in breast cancer (BC) patients and explore the relationships among these three factors, thereby providing a basis for reducing the level of CRF in individuals with BC. Methods BC patients were enrolled from two Tertiary Level-A Hospitals in Shandong Province, China, using convenience sampling. Data were collected u…
The bridge between anxiety and insomnia symptoms among Chinese adults before and after Sars-CoV-2 vaccination
The proportion of participants experiencing anxiety and insomnia decreased significantly after SARS-CoV-2 vaccination. Network analysis identified psychosis-related symptoms as key links between anxiety and insomnia. These findings suggest that targeted interventions focusing on daytime emotional regulation could improve mental health outcomes, guiding healthcare practices during public health crises
Integration of tissue distribution, PK-PD modeling and metabolomics reveals inflammatory-immune response alterations in Gaultheria leucocarpa var. yunnanensis alleviating rheumatoid arthritis
Integrated pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic modeling and metabolomic research on polyphenol-rich fraction of Thymus quinquecostatus Celak. Alleviating cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury
Bao Yuan decoction alleviates fatigue by restraining inflammation and oxidative stress via the AMPK/CRY2/PER1 signaling pathway
The role of left orbitofrontal cortex in selective attention during automatic emotion regulation
Emotion regulation plays an important role in maintaining mental balance. Automatic emotion regulation is an important aspect of emotion regulation. Previous studies has found that automatic emotion regulation can influence emotional attention bias, and the activation of the left orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) was related to attention allocation to negative emotional stimuli. Although previous studies have provided evidence to the involvement of left…
