  • Reducing the risk of perinatal depression using an app-based cognitive behavioral therapy program: Protocol of a randomized controlled trial

Open Access•Li Tang, Hua Qing et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Psychiatry•2025

    https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06672432, identifier NCT06672432

  • Maternal adverse childhood experiences were associated with early screen exposure and prolonged daily screen time in preschool children

Open Access•Yuying Zhang, Shengyu Luo et al.•ARTICLE•BMC Public Health•2025

Our study identified maternal ACEs as a potential risk factor associated with children's screen use habits. Further research is needed to develop interventions that support both ACE-exposed mothers and their children to reduce the risk of inappropriate screen use habits during early childhood

Open Access•Jing Wu, Chunrong Li et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2025

  • The effectiveness of pay-it-forward in addressing HPV vaccine delay and increasing uptake among 15–18-year-old adolescent girls compared to user-paid vaccination: A study protocol for a two-arm random…

  • Associations of excessive screen time and early screen exposure with health-related quality of life and behavioral problems among children attending preschools

Open Access•Hongyu Xiang, Li Lin et al.•ARTICLE•BMC Public Health•2022

Excessive screen time and early screen exposure are two independent and interactive factors to children's HRQOL and behavioral problems. Our findings support current guidelines to limit screen exposure in children. Appropriate screen use may represent an important intervention target to improve children's HRQOL and reduce their behavioral problems

  • Effects of Phytoremediation Treatment on Bacterial Community Structure and Diversity in Different Petroleum-Contaminated Soils

Open Access•Yuanyuan Shen, Yu Ji et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of…•2018

Increased exploitation and use of petroleum resources is leading to increased risk of petroleum contamination of soil and groundwater. Although phytoremediation is a widely-used and cost-effective method for rehabilitating soils polluted by petroleum, bacterial community structure and diversity in soils undergoing phytoremediation is poorly understood. We investigate bacterial community response to phytoremediation in two distinct petroleum-conta…
