    Fundamentally, I suppose what we mean by democracy is of the people, by the people, for the people. Of course, we know that such a form of government has never actually been realized. Some identify democracy with a free economy, and consider that democratic governments stand or fall with the capitalist system-the system of production for profit, with free private enterprise, money as the medium of commerce, and other characteristic features
