The influence of firefighters’ perceived stress on job burnout
To find the repercussion of firefighters’ perceived stress on job burnout and its psychological mechanism, 488 firefighters were tested with the perceived stress scale, the self-compassion scale, the simplified coping style questionnaire, and the Maslach burnout inventory general survey.
