The Correlation between Two Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Inhibitor’s Concentrations and Cognition
Both lisinopril and enalapril are angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) drugs and widely used in the treatment of hypertension. Enalapril does not cross the blood-brain barrier, but lisinopril is centrally active.
